The Author

Noelle Müller is a young writer on a mission to share the gospel with the world.

In the midst of the Wisconsin countryside, Noelle writes stories. She has a passion for sharing the hope of the Gospel, one that braids itself into the books she writes.

Noelle’s dream is to become a missionary in the jungles of Suriname, South America. She wants to use her stories to bring the Good News to the far reaches.

In between bouts of writing, Noelle loves to read good literature, spend time outdoors, and talk late into the night with her sister (and maybe devouring a bit too much chocolate too).

A documentary of the missions in Suriname, South America

Missions

Noelle’s great-grandparents, Ivan and Doris Schoen, were missionaries in the deep jungles of the Amazon Rainforest, in the country of Suriname, South America. She has been hearing stories about their work for as long as she can remember.

Noelle now has a heart for those same tribal people. She is currently saving for a missions trip down there and plans to start learning the Wayana language. She is already planning how she will be adapting The Golden Corn for the children in those jungles.

By 2026, Noelle hopes to get her blog, Pepta Kani (meaning “God is Big” in Wayana), up and running. It will bring in old stories from the bush, the mission work currently happening, and Noelle’s journey of trusting God as she becomes a missionary there herself.

The video (portrayed on left; top on mobile), is a documentary about the missions that happened in Suriname and the work that is currently underway.
